The divisions Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.
Your contribution to something big
►You will be in an international assignment at our Bosch location in Cluj, Romania.
►You will lead a Project Management Support Center team of 10 associates, working in close cooperation with project managers and customer teams world-wide.
►You will build up the team, their competencies and define the cooperation model with the locations world-wide, ensuring a positive, productive and rewarding working environment.
►You will coach your team in developing their own operational structures and methods to ensure the best cooperation with the global customer teams.

►You have experience in leading teams and working in international environment or with global teams.
